A while back I tried smoking cigars for maybe around 6 months (this was like five years ago). Some groypers had given me some stats about how tobacco isn't harmful, it's mainly the ignition of sugars in the Rothschild tobacco crop end product that is cancerous. I actually rather enjoyed the cigars. But I decided to be cautious even without full understanding.
I've learned some more about smoking and the microbiome angle has been enough for me to write off the habit in its entirety. Build the bif. Respect the bif!
