I've probably listened to this song ~30 times this year. It's an old favorite. Seal is one of my favorite artists. His first two albums are INCREDIBLE, particularly from a songwriting and instrumental aspect. Then I think he got with Heidi Klum and everything went to shit. Very few songs in the rest of his oeuvre worth reviewing.
This song reminds me of some of my healthiest times: my honeymoon to Cancun where we worked out and then lazed around on the beach; or being a teen and driving my Volvo with the windows down. Just has a light, airy feel. I am incepting myself toward health!

After I published this article, it dawned on me that popular Internet parlance has a phrase like this in people's minds thinking of Boomers telling the younger generations to lift themselves up by the bootstraps - which is obviously not the point of the article!
