 
                I called in to Stefan Molyneux's show to apologize to him for flaming him on Telegram and on a couple other occasions. It's a riveting call, one I'm sure will upset a lot of people but more importantly, bring clarity here. I think it is a tremendously courageous and noble thing I did. I wish more people would sober up from politics!

I've probably listened to this song ~30 times this year. It's an old favorite. Seal is one of my favorite artists. His first two albums are INCREDIBLE, particularly from a songwriting and instrumental aspect. Then I think he got with Heidi Klum and everything went to shit. Very few songs in the rest of his oeuvre worth reviewing.
This song reminds me of some of my healthiest times: my honeymoon to Cancun where we worked out and then lazed around on the beach; or being a teen and driving my Volvo with the windows down. Just has a light, airy feel. I am incepting myself toward health!
